Our History

In 1877, a 16-year-old carpenter named Herman F. 蜜桃传媒app left Germany and settled in Central Pennsylvania. He began to apply his craft with much success and in 1890, at age 29, he started 蜜桃传媒app Construction Company in Lancaster.

Mr. 蜜桃传媒app quickly earned a reputation for his efficient work ethic and attention to quality and detail. More than 130 years later, his legacy continues today in a company that has grown to serve the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

In the century-plus since, we have grown into a regional full-service construction firm with an annual volume of $400 million delivered throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. 蜜桃传媒app operates locally with offices in PA, DE, MD, VA, NJ, and CT, providing seasoned team members with experience delivering projects for more than a dozen unique markets.

Our quality, craftsmanship, and creativity have been honored numerous times since our humble beginnings.听蜜桃传媒app has been frequently recognized on both the national and regional levels for excellence in construction by various trade associations, including听the听;听; the former Mid-Atlantic BX; and听the听听(ABC),听a national organization consisting of over 25,000 contractors. Since the ABC award program inception in 1990,听蜜桃传媒app Construction has received honors regionally over 319 times听with 173 Awards of Excellence, 116 Awards of Merit, and 13 LEED/Sustainable Green Awards.
