Ҵýapp requires that our subcontractors and suppliers are prequalified annually for eligibility to contract with our company. We appreciate your cooperation in providing this information so we can get to know your company.

Subcontractors and suppliers who have bid a project, plan to bid a project, or regularly complete contracts above $300K. If you primarily work in Maryland, Virginia or the District of Columbia, this threshold is lowered to $100K.

The following scopes of work do not need to go through the prequalification process:

  • Engineering Firms
  • Architecture Firms, including Landscape Design
  • Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB)
  • Materials Testing
  • Planning
  • Surveying
  • Cleaning
  • Temporary Facilities, including Dumpsters
  • W9 – with full legal name, signed and dated within the past year.
  • Sample Insurance Certificate – with applicable endorsements.
  • OSHA 300 and 300A Forms– for the past three years. If your company has ten (10) or less employees, provide the number of employees and the total hours worked each year. • EMR Verification – NCCI comparable form or letter from worker’s comp carrier showing EMR for the past 3 years. Your carrier will be able to provide a letter if you do not qualify for the EMR.
