Rob has worked as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and Business Development Director. He now serves as Senior Director of Development, helping clients navigate the preconstruction and planning process.

Justin brings 13 years of experience in construction management, estimation, and preconstruction services. He leads budgeting and value analysis efforts while staying on top of current market pricing and material trends.
